Nordic ID has launched Nordic ID AR55, the first area reader in its product portfolio. The Nordic ID AR55 is a part of the Nordic ID AR series, which consists of different types of fixed RFID readers and antennas. Their aim is to enable automated monitoring of the tagged items and they can be used for on-demand visibility and detecting location and movement. Nordic ID AR products include versatile communication options and they fit perfectly in various physical environments.

Nordic ID AR55 is an area reader, which enables reading in large areas. It can be used in building RFID-based gate solutions and monitoring a designated area. The product highlights contain many communication options such as WLAN, and the beams can be individually and easily configured which enables adjusting the reading area.
