Williams Commerce acquires Un.titled

Williams Commerce, the ecommerce systems integrator and digital marketing specialist, has acquired Leicester based Un.titled for an undisclosed sum.

Providing a range of complementary UX design and ecommerce services, the acquisition supports Williams Commerce continued UK growth plans.

Founded in 2009 and employing 90 staff across UK, Europe and Asia, Williams Commerce is one of the UK's fastest growing ecommerce providers, serving hundreds of online retailers, wholesalers and manufacturers with ecommerce, support, hosting, ERP systems integration and Digital Marketing services. Un.titled's pedigree across UX and Print design, creative and strategic ecommerce expertise makes an exciting addition to the Williams Commerce portfolio.

The announcement comes just 6 months after Williams Commerce purchased the London based Magento ecommerce partner, Flint Technology.
