Supermarket Tesco is to use virtual reality technology to plan how their category ranges appear on shelves. Tesco is reportedly the first UK retailer to integrate the technology of virtual reality company Red Dot Square into their existing systems and ways of working.

Retail Digital signage is the remote-controlled distribution and playback of digital content on displays ranging from digital billboards to much smaller screens, either at a single location or across multiple sites. Digital information displays can be used throughout the store for branding, merchandising, promoting products and entertaining customers.
