Wesupply, provider of business-to-business supply chain solutions for retail, logistics and manufacturing, has announced the appointment of David Grosvenor as UK Managing Director.

David brings more than 25 years experience in software sales and financial management to Wesupply following a very successful career at Infor where his most recent role was Vice President, for the UK, Ireland, Middle East & Africa region.

A qualified chartered management accountant (CIMA), David previously held senior financial positions within both the Food Processing and Distribution industries with Booker and Glynwed respectively. In 1998 he joined System i Software house, JBA and following the companys acquisition by Geac, and subsequently by infor, he held the positions of Sales Director for the highly successful ERP System 21 business unit and Sales Director for Infors UK Supply Chain business.

I am delighted to be joining Wesupply at a time when the company is building on its substantial recent business gains with Sainsburys, Screwfix and EDF Energy Networks, says Grosvenor. Wesupply has a unique advantage with its intelligent B2B electronic trading technology, a critical attribute for enhancing visibility, supply chain performance, and efficiency. This is something that is valuable to all businesses who are involved in the trading and distribution of goods and it is my intention to share this market leading technology with both large and small companies.

We are delighted that David has joined Wesupply, says Keith Deane, Chairman of Wesupply.  He has the proven track record in the technology sector to realise the full market potential of our unique and intelligent B2B systems.  We look forward to working with David as we deliver the next phase in Wesupplys growth.
