Eurostop, supplier of retail management systems to the fashion, footwear, apparel and lifestyle sectors, is to supply systems to designer jeans specialist Donna Ida. Eurostop's e-rmis, retail management and its e pos solutions will be implemented across the retailer's three London stores in Chelsea, Westfield and Belgravia. The new system will streamline sales transactions in store, consolidate stock management, and support buying and merchandising decisions leading to greater sell through and more profitability. The retailer also plans to utilise Eurostop's Customer Loyalty facilities to continue to build on its loyal client base.
Kim Draper, General Manager at Donna Ida commented: "We needed a new retail management system to support our planned growth. The Eurostop system is ideal because it is designed for the fashion industry, the system is suitable for smaller retailers and is able to scale up to manage many different outlets."
The team at Donna Ida looked at several different options, finally selecting Eurostop for its in-depth and yet flexible reporting facilities and for its capability to support the business as it expands. The team were also impressed by the easy to use till system, which will make processing sales in-store much quicker.
The stock management facilities within the Eurostop system will enable each store to search for stock held centrally, enabling them to provide a better service to customers. The reporting features will support the buying team with detailed information about what brands have sold well, which categories have been most popular, and identifying those lines that have not done so well.
Kim Draper said: "With the Eurostop system we will be more confident in our buying decisions, and it will help us to supply the products and styles that our customers really want. We expect the increased sell through and the efficiencies gained in store and with stock management to convert into better profit and a better service for our customers."
Phillip Moylan, Sales and Marketing Manager at Eurostop said: "Timely information is the crucial lifeblood for sound business decisions for any retailer. Based on our deep understanding of the fashion industry, the Eurostop system is designed to provide as much information as possible to support retailers' day to day operations as well as the more strategic decisions."
