Ride keeps on track with Eurostop retail solution

Eurostop, supplier of retail management systems, has been selected by Ride, an independent specialist cycle shop in Newcastle Upon Tyne, for its retail solution. Ride is using Eurostop's e-rmis for the back office functions and e-pos in store. The store sells a wide range of bikes, clothing, cycling accessories, upgrades and spares with a workshop for repairs, custom builds and a wheel building service. Since using the new system, the store is able to provide a vastly improved customer service through improved stock management.

Eurostop was chosen by the independent retailer for its proven experience in the retail sector and its competitive product pricing. Using e-rmis, the store is using sales history reports to replenish stock, enabling it to meet customer requests more efficiently. The sales teams now have better knowledge of what is in stock for in-store sales and repairs in the workshop.

Now we can provide a much better service to our customers by being able to quickly see what is in stock, ensure we restock popular items and provide accurate estimates for repairs.
