The Oracle Retail applications will help reconcile perceived floor space at head office with actual use of space within stores to provide insight into space elasticity and support an uplift of revenue with a decrease in operational costs. With increased management visibility to stores and shelf, Teknosa can maintain better compliance to corporate plans by reallocating floor space for high-margin items, improving assortments by tailoring inventory to local demographics, and creating more streamlined store-stocking practices. Additional benefits are planned by streamlining and improving communications between head office and stores.
