K3 Retail and Omnica partnership delivers full multi channel platform for Microsoft Dynamics AX for Retail

K3 Retail, provider of retail solutions based on Microsoft technology, has entered into a strategic partnership with Omnica, a multi-channel retail software solutions specialist. The partnership will create an endto-end multi channel solution for retailers on the Microsoft Dynamics AX for Retail platform, and increase the range of new generation technologies available.

K3 Retail, already a well established UK partner for Microsoft in retail, will be able to further grow its market share in the Microsoft Dynamics AX market, with the Omnica partnership. Omnica's solution compliments the Dynamics AX for Retail platform, providing multi-channel functionality such as call centre and webstore segments, specifically tailored for multi channel retailers.

Omnica's solution is 'Certified for Microsoft Dynamics', indicating that it has achieved Microsoft's highest standards for partner developed software.  The certification shows that Omnica have demonstrated development quality and compatibility with the underlying Microsoft Dynamics product, passing rigorous VeriTest software solution testing for development standards, documentation and supporting services. Solutions must also have a minimum of 10 referenceable customers, which include Direct Wines, Orbital Marketing, Lucky Vitamin and The Scout Shops.
