Wipro Retail, the international IT and business services company, has made a high profile addition to its executive team; Dr. Brad Poulson joins as Principal Consultant to help retailers with their change management programmes. With extensive industry experience, including Business Systems Director at Boots the Chemist, and senior IT and business positions at Abbey National and Coventry Building Society, Dr. Poulson has also worked at two world leading IT Services Corporations - IBM and Fujitsu. As well as being recognised as a highly skilled Consultant and IT Director, Dr. Poulson is an Associate Fellow and Lecturer in Information Systems Strategy, Operations Management and Technology at Warwick University Business School, and has also served as a Director of the 'LINK' ATM Interchange Network.
Dr. Poulson said: "I am looking forward to bringing my blend of practical experience and academic insight to Wipro Retail. I'm committed to helping organisations develop their business change and process capability through the strategic application of Information Technology. My role at Wipro Retail will cover a range of areas, allowing me to develop thought leadership, and using my experience I'll review the products and services that we are able to offer retailers, enhancing what we can provide to our customers."
