The service, which is available to both new and existing Subway franchisees, sees Vista QSR support PC and till hardware / software, CCTV and comms kit. Subway franchisees can opt for 4-hour or next day on site response, seven days a week. Franchisees have one number to call for any of their support requirements.
Vista QSR also provides telephone support from the company's Cardiff based offices seven days a week.
