Jet's Pizza selects SpeedLine POS for next phase of growth

Sterling Heights, Michigan-based, 200+-unit Jet's Pizza has announced that the company has approved the SpeedLine point of sale software for use in its company-owned restaurants and franchise locations.
"Point of sale selection is a strategic factor in our plans to grow Jet's Pizza to 300 locations," said Jet's co-founder and vice president of marketing John Jetts.

"In our stores running SpeedLine, delivery times are significantly shorter, and order entry is faster," Jetts explains.  Moreover, Jetts continues, "The seamless online ordering integration between SpeedLine, the Jet's web site, and our restaurants is driving revenue. Since the integration, delivery has increased from 40- to 60-per cent of sales, and our average delivery ticket is up from US$7 to $9 for online orders."
Among the key considerations in approving the SpeedLine POS for Jet's locations were tools to manage delivery efficiency, seamless web ordering integration, and PCI compliance.
"SpeedLine has come through, with every capability we were looking for," Jetts says. "The reporting is fantastic, and the franchisees LOVE the fingerprint security."

"SpeedLine support has been great to work with too, fixing any issue immediately," Jetts adds. "And this was great to hear: I asked the franchisees about SpeedLine support... They said it's awesome. They were so used to their previous POS company not calling them back for 48 or 72 hours. With SpeedLine, they are on the phone with a technician in less than 5 minutes."

"Jet's Pizza is a growing leader in the pizza industry," said SpeedLine president John de Wolde, "and we are honored to be allied with them. We look forward to helping them to accelerate their growth."
