Reasor's, a grocery retailer with 17 stores based in Oklahoma, US, is implementing Retail Enterprise Suite from global information technology services company Episys, to provide the company with significant reductions in signage costs and labor.

Retail Enterprise Suite will integrate with Reasor's back office systems, including Planogram, Inventory and Pricing, to ensure consistency in its signage.  The solution will produce Reasor's shelf edge labels and POS, which will be produced centrally, and printed locally.

Shelly Simmons, Director of Pricing Systems at Reasor's, said, "We were looking for a signage solution, and drew up a shortlist that included Episys and three other solution providers.  Episys provided us with a comprehensive response to our Request for Proposal, and it became clear that their solution could offer a business a great deal.   Episys signage and labeling solution meets all our business and technical requirements and offered even more functionality than requested allowing us to revisit our strategy and goals to make sure we can take full advantage of the potential value of the solution."

Jarrod Welch, VP and CTO of IT at Reasor's, said, "Episys Retail Enterprise Suite is the most dynamic and flexible sign and label solution that we have seen that meets both our strategic and technical requirements allowing us to increase our overall efficiency and help deliver superb customer service."

Derek Buchanan, Chief Executive Officer at Episys, said, "Reasor's has become a successful business, built on the foundations of putting the needs of its customers first.  Deploying Retail Enterprise Suite will ensure that Reasor's customers always see great looking, correct signage."
