Londis, the convenience store group operating across Great Britain, has renewed its EPOS service and maintenance agreement for a further two years with Vista Retail Support, a leading independent EPOS maintenance services company.

The agreement will enable Londis to keep its promise to provide excellent customer service by ensuring that its 900 lanes of tills are always working across the 450 stores where it is installed, and the tills that have problems, can be fixed quickly. Vista will also support back office PCs and all in-store printers.

Jaz Dail, IT Services and Support Manager at Londis, said, "Vista has been supporting us for the last 10 years and their level of service has remained consistently high, and we trust them as a partner. It was an easy decision to renew our maintenance contract.  When Vista first started working with us, the stores ran across four different versions of EPOS but over the years we have migrated all sites onto the same system which makes life easier all round."

Dail continued, "The feedback from the store managers is always very positive. If any problems arise, they are reported with feedback showing Vista deals with such problems quickly and professionally so that stores are back up and running without suffering from down time. Crucially, this means our customers are kept happy."

Richard Cottrell, Sales & Marketing Director at Vista Retail, said, "Londis is  one of our long standing customers and we value their business. We have been working closely with them over the years to improve systems and keep their tills ringing. We look forward to working with them in the future."
