BT will be hosting an innovation technology showcase called 'The Future of Retail Lighting Up the High Street' at Retail Business Technology Expo 2012, Europe's fastest growing retail expo.   With one of the biggest Research and Development centres in the world, BT will be bringing its Future of Retail demonstrations to Earls Court in March.  This will provide delegates a unique opportunity to take a look at what is possible now and what could be available in the future.

BT's showcase will include interactive demonstrations of current and future technology. Delegates will be able to get personalised tours, designed to meet their specific needs and get their hands on some of the technology that will shape retail in the near future. Visitors will also experience how wi-fi, digital signage, RFID, multichannel, social commerce, augmented reality, clienteling, assisted service via iPads, retail analytics, managed payment and fraud reduction services, contactless payments to name but a few, could make a real difference.

BT Expedite provides technology solutions to enable multichannel retailers to compete effectively spanning every area of retailing; planning, sourcing, merchandising, store, sales analytics, CRM and loyalty, ecommerce, plus network infrastructure, hardware and professional services.  BT's multichannel retail customers range from high street fashion brands, large department stores and grocery retailers.
