X2 Computing expands retail and restaurant team

X2 Computing, provider of mobile computing solutions for order fulfilment applications, has appointed Emily Gardener as Client Relationship Advisor.  She will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers in the order fulfillment and electronic dining sectors in the South of England.


 
Emily Gardener has extensive account management experience and joins direct from The British Museum where she was Business Development Manager responsible for selling artefact exhibitions and consultancy services to museums and governments worldwide.  Prior to this, she was Business Development Manager for Henry Schein, the distributor of products and services to the global healthcare industry and Area Sales Manager for Micros Fidelio, an IT solutions vendor and hosting provider for the hospitality, retail, travel, cruise industries.
 
According to Mark Tutton, UK Sales Manager for X2 Computing:  "Emily Gardener has proven account management experience and will be a valuable addition to the X2 team.  She will be assuming responsibility for the day to day management of some of our largest accounts including Waitrose, which is currently rolling out a new generation of picking trolleys with integrated IT for e-fulfilment applications."
 
Emily Gardener lives in Brighton and has a First Class Degree in Ancient History and Egyptology.  Her hobbies include snowboarding, yoga, running and swimming.
