In terms of services scope, TPC will be performing as the EMEA Inventory hub of EBN tasked with shortening the delivery lead-time and the logistics cost of users' purchases.

Functionally, TPC will act as EBN's Centre of Excellence (CoE), providing full support on project-based customisation requirements with all the hardware knowhow and system integration. Real-time technical support on any issue related to EBN products and POS peripherals will be provided.
