‘World's smallest HD CCTV camera’ now available from Reflex Systems

Reflex Systems, the UK integrated security system specialist, has announced a new reseller partnership with Avigilon to offer the latest high-definition surveillance technology to customers in the retail sector.

Avigilon designs and manufactures high-definition surveillance solutions that deliver the best evidence. The company's components can work together in an end-to-end solution or work with existing systems to enhance their current capabilities.

Avigilon's end-to-end surveillance solution combines the Avigilon Control Center software with the industry's broadest range of megapixel cameras, from 1-29 MP, to deliver high image clarity and detail.

With increased requirements for high-definition systems, the HD Micro Dome camera is claimed to be the smallest of its type in the industry. John Pye, Managing Director of Reflex Systems, said: "This latest camera technology combined with scalable recording solutions is set to revolutionize the market for high-definition surveillance; we are therefore delighted to be chosen as a partner of Avigilon.  This is part of keeping one step ahead to ensure we can provide our clients with cutting edge products to ensure the most effective security for their requirements and also a cost-effective transition from "standard" CCTV to HD surveillance."

"At Avigilon, we look for partners who share our value for innovative products that provide the best surveillance solution possible," said Robin Hughes, business development director, UK & Ireland at Avigilon. "Reflex's expertise paired with Avigilon's industry-leading solution is an exceptional combination."

One of the first projects to use this exciting technology was the First Direct (Leeds) Arena where Reflex Systems installed a fully networked camera and access control integrated solution.
