K3 Retail and digital consumer engagement specialist, Eagle Eye Solutions, have announced a partnership that will enable secure issuance and redemption of digital coupons, rewards, gifts and payments at the point of sale as well as real-time data management.
The Eagle Eye platform provides four key components; Campaign marketing, issuance, redemption and reporting which allow offers and rewards to be delivered in a timely, relevant and compelling way. Integrating with K3's Microsoft Dynamics Solution completes the digital loop for their retail clients, providing real-time performance information about issuance and redemption success.
Consumers can receive their offers and rewards through SMS, email and in app push notifications. Upon receiving their unique code consumers can redeem them easily at the POS, either in store or online, via keyed entry, scan or NFC making for a seamless consumer journey.
The Eagle Eye AIR platform will enable K3's Retail customers to engage more effectively with their end customers, increase loyalty and footfall, eliminate fraud and lower operating costs. It will also provide the retailers with improved insights into consumer activity which can be used in future digital marketing campaigns to personalise offers.
The partnership was launched recently at the K3 'Make Happy' retail conference where delegates were encouraged to download the 'Eagle Eye Rewards' app. The app housed a stamp card capability with users collecting a stamp by scanning a code at the K3 rewards POS which represented a redemption. Once the stamp card was filled in users were emailed a restaurant gift voucher as a reward for completing the journey. The demo highlighted the POS integration between the two companies and demonstrated to current K3 retail customers how they might be able to increase digital engagement with their consumers using the Eagle Eye AIR platform.
