Vertu, the high-tech luxury mobile phone provider, has selected Eurostop's retail management systems for its premium boutique network worldwide. Vertu has implemented Eurostop solutions at point of sale in its Vertu Boutiques and for its head office management system. Vertu uses the Eurostop system to manage all sales, returns, stock management, goods received and despatched as well as to capture customer data.
Vertu selected Eurostop's solution after a detailed functionality review of retail systems on the market. Eurostop was chosen for its flexibility and responsiveness, and the leading edge capability of the solution. Following selection, the Vertu team rolled out Eurostop's e‑pos in 59 Vertu stores in ten countries in just two months. Eurostop's international experience particularly of the Chinese market, was a significant advantage, so too was the system's multi-currency capabilities.
Sales data is now collected at till point and integrated with the company's SAP and customer relationship system, providing a centralised hub for the worldwide business that supports the service centres with visibility of all sales transactions.
Phillip Moylan, Sales and Marketing Manager at Eurostop added, "Vertu prides itself on its outstanding customer service, from first sale and throughout the product lifecycle, so ensuring that data is accurate to manage the customer relationship is vital. Eurostop's retail management systems provide the seamless connectivity and data capture at till point through to billing and service that the Vertu customer service teams need to deliver the service expected of an exclusive high-end brand."
