Tyco Retail Solutions, the global provider of integrated retail performance and security solutions, has partnered with management consulting firm Kurt Salmon and digital partner Mobispoke. Collectively, the companies will provide retailers with the specialist expertise and technology to achieve the best possible in-store performance and customer experience.
Having worked closely on a number of projects in the past, Tyco Retail Solutions has officially partnered with Kurt Salmon and Mobispoke to facilitate 1:1 Retailing, which fundamentally aims to implement the personalisation of one-to-one marketing in-store. With Tyco's real-time RFID-based inventory intelligence and Mobispoke's innovative software solutions, retailers will be able to achieve up to 99% accuracy on their merchandise.
Tyco's RFID technology can capture in-store behaviour, send relevant marketing information - such as additional product recommendations, and offer customers the option to request store assistance. Additionally, as RFID-tagged merchandise is brought into fitting rooms, suggested items based on the customer's previous search and purchase history are displayed. The result is an increase in shopper traffic, conversion and ultimately - sales for the retailer.
"The foundation for 1:1 Retailing success is accuracy of in-store data, having effective digital solutions in place and an informed, robust strategy behind it," said Steve Howells of Tyco Retail Solutions. "Our inventory visibility solutions empower retailers to implement in-store customer experience strategies. Now, by partnering with Kurt Salmon to enhance our own specialist knowledge and experience, and Mobispoke to develop unique digital engagement solutions to lead consumers through their entire customer journey, we will lead the way in shaping how retailers in the UK can improve operations and optimise profitability."
