Ivalua and GKN plc have announced the adoption of Ivalua's Source-to-Pay (S2P) suite including Sourcing, SRM, Purchasing Intelligence, Contracts and eProcurement modules to improve current business process and increase efficiencies both internally and with their supplier community.

The implementation of Ivalua platform, interfaced with their current systems covering Enterprise Resource Planning environments will allow GKN to consolidate disparate processes, currently stored in various applications, bespoke databases and spreadsheets, into one unified fully integrated platform and ultimately to gain better visibility on both direct and indirect spend representing €2 bn.
The platform will be accessible to the GKN Procurement network including more than 250 Procurement staff, 2 500 requisitioners and approximately 6 000 suppliers.

"As our business environment continues to evolve, we've been seeking a partner that can provide innovative Spend Management tools covering the whole of our Purchasing department activities with standard features, yet modular and flexible to adapt to our needs. We believe Ivalua has the right tools, processes and technology to help us on our Driveline Excellence System" said José Luis SAINZ - VP Direct Commodity Purchasing & Strategic Sourcing for GKN Driveline.

"We're very pleased GKN Driveline Division has chosen Ivalua and we're looking forward to delivering solutions that have a meaningful impact on the firm's Spend Management strategy" says Gérard DAHAN General Manager EMEA for Ivalua. "This is a clear vote of confidence in the in-depth Spend Management expertise that we can offer a leading company like GKN."
