With a wide collection of creative kitchenware and home products, Lakeland has chosen PCMS' Vison Commerce Suite, including Vision BeanStore as its point of sale (PoS) solution and Vision Channel Manager to orchestrate data between the retailer's other selling systems and the rest of its IT infrastructure.
Lakeland operates 69 stores throughout the UK with 300 tills and will be implementing PCMS' award-winning solution to replace its end-of-life Retail-J system.
In such a competitive industry, it was vital that Lakeland partnered with a company that can help develop its customer focused offering through web and CRM integrations. To support the PoS implementation, PCMS will be providing its micro ESB solution, VISION Channel Manager to allow Lakeland to react quickly to market changes, and enhance customers' experiences across all commerce channels. The pilot will take place this summer with full deployment before peak seasonal trading.
