Integrated Applications acquires exclusive UK rights to VariAdd Project for SAP Business One

Integrated Applications has acquired the exclusive UK intellectual property (IP) rights to Variatec's VariAdd Project solution for project and service driven companies using SAP Business One.

The firm has bought the exclusive IP rights specific to the UK and Ireland for the VariAdd Project add-on, enabling them to develop and sell to SAP Business One partners.

VariAdd Project provides SAP Business One users with the ability to manage projects and streamline key processes throughout the company, including accounting, supply chain management and purchasing.

Integrated Applications has provided development services to SAP Business One partners for more than ten years. The new deal means that, while Integrated Applications already offer services to enhance SAP Business One, the firm now also has a range of products they can offer to SAP partners.

Director Darren Grayson said: "We've spent the last decade building our experience in this area of software, by providing a bespoke service to each specific client across sectors including manufacturing, wholesale distribution and retail.

"Acquiring the rights to the VariAdd Project add-on in the UK and Ireland means we are diversifying our offering and marks our change from being a purely service-based company to offering products too. We will now be able to move into providing products that are suitable for multiple SAP partners."

Based at Knowle House, in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, the Integrated Applications team has more than 50 years' combined experience in software development.

Added Darren: "As an independent supplier, we can sell our software into any UK and Ireland SAP Business One customer through their existing support partner, but our team will also be looking to develop the VariAdd Project solutions further, specifically for the service market."

Integrated Applications also oversees a portfolio including integration of B2B and B2C solutions across a variety of platforms, in particular delivering bespoke Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and E-commerce solutions quickly and efficiently.
