Image Integrators, the document and data capture specialist, has been chosen to implement an advanced, Intelligent Capture (IC) solution for the processing of over 200,000 incoming purchase invoices at UK bakery retailer, Greggs plc.

Following a finance modernisation programme and move to shared services operations, Greggs explored further automation as a means of improving efficiency and increasing document control and transparency. After a thorough evaluation of document management and data capture vendors, Greggs decided that the Image Integrators Intelligent Capture solution was the strongest solution to automate the existing manual, paper based Accounts Payable process.
