International POS printer manufacturer Star Micronics continues to provide support for families of sick children at Ronald McDonald House in Munich, Germany.

Recognising the valuable work carried out at the House, Star has extended its sponsorship for a temporary home for families of sick children for another year after having been a sponsor for the past two years.

Keith Purvey, Sales Director, Star Micronics EMEA and Harald Pesch, International Sales Manager, Star Micronics EMEA recently visited the Ronald McDonald House in Munich Grosshadern and were impressed by the excellent work carried out by the McDonald's Foundation for children. "They offer 14 apartments for families of sick children and for one of those Star Micronics will be covering the running costs for another year", explains Keith Purvey. Harald Pesch adds: "This is a very valuable project that gives families of sick children the most important thing they need which is time together."

"We are delighted that Star is continuing to provide sponsorship for the Ronald McDonald House," concludes Eva Wiener from the McDonald's Children's Foundation.
