Labelling specialist Brother is launching two new desktop label printers to help businesses improve efficiency. The QL-570 and QL-580N (network), both aimed at home and small offices, print in a variety of sizes and styles to produce address and CD labels as well as photo visitor identification passes and barcodes labels.

Both machines carry the QL ranges simply professional strapline and have a sleek, compact design, enabling them to fit easily on desks where space is often at a premium. Brothers new networked printer, the QL-580N, follows the success of its first networked label printer, the QL-1060N, and can be connected to both PCs and Macs.  It also includes advanced web management software which makes it easy to install on a company network.

The new printers both use thermal printing technology and self-contained labels to eliminate the need for ink cartridges and minimise wasted time spent feeding through label sheets. Both models are equipped with full start-up software and have a USB port and mains cable as well as two starter rolls of labels.

The QL-570 has a recommended retail price of 99.00* and the QL-580N costs 129.00*.  For more information, visit www.brother.co.uk or call 0845 606 0626.
