Swiftstake Technologies brings fresh approach to retail sports betting and lottery sectors

Swiftstake Technologies, an enterprise provider of real-time marketing intelligence and targeted suggestive selling solutions, has announced its entry into the sports betting and lottery sectors . The company is focused on helping betting and lottery operators transform their retail businesses by replacing outmoded practices with modern techniques that deliver greater profitability and increase customer retention.

The launch introduces Swiftstake Technologies Bet+ and Lotto+ products to the market - software solutions that help maximise customer interaction and drive activity by positively impacting purchasing decisions. These intelligent marketing software platforms integrate seamlessly with cashier terminals, customer facing touch-screens and back office systems to automatically expose customers to targeted cross and up-sell suggestions.

Signalling its serious intent in the regulated gaming arena, Swiftstake has appointed Leigh Nissim, a well-known and respected figure in the industry as Managing Director (UK) and Global Commercial Director. Leigh joins from GTECH G2 where he was the Commercial Director and previously Managing Director of St Minver, the white label gaming specialists.

The unrelenting growth in betting opportunities means that competition amongst operators for share of customers wallets is increasingly fierce, said Leigh Nissim, the newly appointed MD of Swiftstake Technologies.
