Vista Retail Support, the independent EPOS maintenance services company, has announced that Georgina Sinfield has been promoted to take on a newly formed role in the organisation as Head of Customer Services.

The new role of Head of Customer Services has been created to develop focus and strategy for the customer service delivered both now and in the future. It is seen as a critical role in further developing Vistas excellence in customer service for the business.

Brian Norman, Managing Director at Vista Retail Support, added, Georgina will be responsible for the management of our customer service staff. This will include the account managers and the customer delivery managers. She has excelled in an account management role and wed like to wish every success as she moves on to this exciting new challenge, both for her and the business as a whole.
 
Georgina joined Vista in September 2007. She is a graduate from The University of Sheffield, and she possesses a Biomedical Science degree.  Georgina won a Chartered Institute of Marketing Award in 2001.
 
Georgina has 11 years of working in account management, five and half years working in the marketing services industry and the remaining in IT services.  She has previously held senior account management roles within a variety of industries, before joining Vista.
 
She has previous extensive leadership experience in Customer Services and is currently studying an Open University Professional Management Certificate.

Georgina Sinfield, said, We want to make sure we maintain the high level of service we provide to our customers. My role will be to make sure the right team is looking after each of our customers. We have a variety of expertise within Vista and we want our customers to benefit from this.

Sinfield added, I will be responsible for making sure they are developing their existing customers, supporting them as well as making sure they are ready for when new customers come on board.
