Following the signing of a new partnership agreement with retail technology firm, SmartLife, Feedback Ferret is gearing itself up to launch its customer feedback solution into the Polish retail market.

SmartLife Polska, a division of Retail Partner Polska Group, is set to launch Feedback Ferret at the forthcoming Retail Show in Warsaw on November 19th and 20th 2014. With experience in the local retail technology market, SmartLife is the perfect partner to embed Feedback Ferret's voice of customer technology into the Polish market. With a team of 35 employees, SmartLife has already enjoyed great success with the customer feedback tool Happy Or Not? This solution is a simple-to-use feedback device located at the point of sale, the results from which give retailers an excellent indication of overall customer satisfaction levels.

Whilst selling Happy Or Not into the Polish market, SmartLife discovered that many retailers want a more sophisticated solution that gives shoppers a chance to give the reasons behind their scores. Feedback Ferret is the perfect solution.
