LS Retail's omni-channel retail and hospitality solutions go on display in April

The LS Retail Partner and customer community and other retail and hospitality professionals will gather this April 14-17 at LS Retail's annual Retail and Hospitality Conference and Expo, conneXion, to be held in Dubai, UAE. Workshops on Sales, LS Nav, LS First Hospitality and Forecourt and LS One will take place on April 14, with the Conference and Expo to follow April 15-16.

The theme of conneXion is "Easier, Simpler and Faster." This is where LS Retail's innovative "out of the box" line-up of omni and mobile solutions comes into play. The LS Nav update for 2015 has many user-friendly features for customers and shop owners alike, including "Click and Collect."

LS Retail's conneXion will offer numerous ways to upgrade existing LS Nav platforms or start fresh with a comprehensive solution like LS Nav, or other easy-to-navigate on, simple-to-understand and view, and faster-to-use solutions. It will also offer one-of-a-kind presentations on how retail or hospitality businesses can thrive by turning current social trends into profitable opportunities.

Microsoft and Hewlett-Packard (HP) will again be among the major sponsors and exhibitors at conneXion. LS Retail has also confirmed that widely-acclaimed author, trends guru and marketing expert Daniel Levine will be a keynote presenter at this year's conneXion.

Point of Sale becomes Point of Service

LS Retail's updated LS Nav POS is a fast, dependable and powerful POS application. It offers the traditional stationary POS terminal and a mobile POS. Now sales staff can take the POS device to the customer and finalize transactions on the spot. The mobile POS with POS global search engine can empower even less-experienced salespeople by giving them instant access to information about the customer, items and price and offers available.
