The Hot Docking system is a flexible Point of Sale (PoS) solution combining tablet, chip & pin capability and PoS software from the VISION Commerce Suite to enable sales assistants to step out from behind the counter and fully engage with the customer. As a result, retailers can significantly improve customer service, with the ability to review a customer's purchase history, product availability and make payments anywhere in the store.
