A UK retail enterprise has turned to award-winning cloud business solutions provider Eureka Solutions to deliver a whole new interactive experience for its customers.
Aark London Ltd, which will explode onto Britain's internationally-recognised design and interiors market this Spring, will offer what it describes as its truly personal service, creating home furnishings to individuals' tastes based on an exciting range of options provided by the store.
The quest for individuality will underpin the next generation store, which will have a bricks and mortar presence in the high-end environment of Fulham Road in Chelsea as well as a full-service online capability.
The hotly-anticipated challenger retailer asked Eureka Solutions to create a NetSuite system to manage end-to-end processes from stock management, quoting, order processing and integrated e-commerce via Eureka's Data Exchange.
Within Aark London's ground-breaking systems, clients will be able to browse online and select from options which will allow them to build a picture of their dream items of household furnishings from customisable options for colours and textures. They will also be able to do this in-store.
Once an order is generated, it will be imported into NetSuite, it will create a works order to include the component parts and it will be sent to the manufacturing division. The system will keep clients up to date with progress.
Data Exchange acts as an engine which seamlessly integrates the entire customer experience from wish list, through to order specifications, production, and ultimately final delivery, along with a customised customer communications and is the driving force behind Aark's decision to purchase NetSuite, ensuring accuracy, saving time and delivering a tremendous customer experience.
